what he is talking about is the roger beep that some cbs have. when its turned on, everytime you talk, when you let off the transmit button, it beeps. so you dont have to say " come on back" or "over" or other dumb phrases...newbies think it's cool, but most everyone else finds it very annoying.

Now that this thread has come full circle. The answer is that CAD or Big Momma CAD, that's Jeff and Lucinda, will extend an invitation to a member that they think would do a good job as a moderator. They will usually ask the other moderators for input but the ultimate decision is theirs. They also decide when we need new/more moderators. They also decide your pay grade and benefit package.

Actually, no. To be classified as a Porn "Star", one has to have a significant following for that deed. Since I doubt that anyone other than a select few guys here really wants to see Booth doing porn, he would have to be classified as a Porn "Actor", and possibly a "producer".
