How do I do it? I read the FAQ and it doesn't make sense. BTW...I'm not an IT guy.

You need somewhere to host your photos first. www.photobucket.com is a good site.

Ok..I put stuff on photobucket then what?

On photobucket you'll see below each picture are three lines with code in them. URL, Tag, and Img. you want to copy the ENTIRE (ctrl + A) Img line and then just paste it into the post you want to insert the picture in.

Do I have to be logged on to both at the same time?

Well until you learn how to type out the formatting of the link codes (BBCode) then yes. just open a second browser window.
