View Full Version : Place to report issues with the forum?

Maybe I'm just blind or crazy, but I can't see anywhere to ask questions if we're having issues with the forum. Quite a few forums I've been on before have places to do that :)

I'm having trouble viewing anybody's profile, they all say "user does not exist". Anybody have any ideas?

I just tried looking up profiles on my end and I have the same result as you are getting.

I think it is a glitch - I'm sure it would be fixed already if they weren't so busy looking for Floored! :P

You didn't happen to see the Section called Ask CAD did you?

Of course not...why would I see that lovely little spot right below this one :oops: Is there such a thing as trucker's wife syndrome, if so I think I must have it...

OK then-There's a Women's section on the Forum for that problem too :P

I will try to get this fixed soon. I know I exist also, but I can't see my profile either.

Some damned glitch typical of phpbb

I may change this over to a different board at the beginning of the year if I can find a real good one that will allow me to import all existing data.

You may also notice that this board is much thinner now. I pruned about half of it. I pruned postings that have not been replied to in over 60 days.

Rather radical I know.... but we were in danger of the board crashing.

It's possible the new server has a different version of php and that has killed some functions.
