View Full Version : moderators abusing there power

Some of my posts have been deleted by the moderators just because they don't like it. No swears, nothing bad other that criticism and they are freely deleting them. Below is one of my posts that was taken out. One of Rev's was also although he used some bad language. How come you are censoring posts based on moderators mood swings???? This will probably be deleted also!

I just came back to edit this. I just noticed that yoopr has been also deleting other posts because they detour from the original topic. Are we back in Russia again???

My post was made on Tues 10/24/06 in the Owner Operators forum under the topic "My new truck questions"

I think you should just go and lease onto a reputable company. Rolling Eyes

I think you should learn to spell. You will find it hard "chargine" customers instead of charging them!

Grow up. This is a private forum, and they can delete anything they see fit. It isn't like they deleted anything of any value.

I vote for deleting that entire thread.

I deleted Them-Childish Personal attacks on Members are a No No and I'll continue to do it and I'm sure the Other Mods will also-

I just love someone who comes to a private forum and whines about getting a post deleted. "What happened to freedom of speech?" BS. There is no freedom of speech in a wholly owned space. If you come into my house and start talking trash, I'm going to put your freedom of speech on ice too, and you might wind up in the hospital as well.

If you're going to call out someone on their spelling, you yourself should learn the difference between "there" and "their" because your topic used the wrong one. Yes, I was an English major.

To quote Big Mama CAD: your freedom of speech begins and ends with the T.O.S. that you agreed to upon signing up for this board. If you blatantly violate those T.O.S., expect the post to be edited or deleted. In this case, it was apparently an argument that was accomplishing nothing, so the thread was removed. If you take issue with that, contact the owners of this board. Their phone number can be found anywhere on the website.
