Please allow me to critique my first topic of the new world order.

Meh. What I mean is I ran into the redstateupdate.com site a few days ago and thought I'd post this and maybe give someone a chuckle, (the forum has been a little dead lately). But given the site's name and the fact that Obama is mentioned in a bad way at the end of the vid maybe this is too political to post. I thought about it and decided that with a disclaimer or two it should be fine. I put "not political" in the title in full caps thinking I'd emphasize it not realizing that I was breaking rule #2 which seems to be no excessive punctuation (or caps or highlighting text in some other way). It didn't even occur to me. I'm not big on capitalizing and I guess I just figured rule #2 was something I'd never bump in to.

As for the text of the post, I guess I didn't mess anything up too bad. 3 warnings was going over the top? Yeah, I suppose, but I was making sure. I guess I could have skipped the sarcastic bit about things getting in a bunch but sarcasm is rarely wasted so I think that's ok.

Did anyone like the video? Check their site if you did. Most of what they do is political but I think they've figured out how to make fun of both parties at the same time and imho that takes some talent.

Really? Both parties are so silly, imho it would take talent to NOT be able to make fun of them at the same time. SNL has been doing it for years.

You might find this hard to believe but I pretty much took a 30 year break from SNL. Chevy Chase was doing pratfalls and then there was Tina Fey doing her impersonation of ____ ____. lol "I can see _____ from my house" I also liked the blond woman who did ____ ____ in the same bit. She nailed it.

Oh well, there's not one but two threads about the weather that I should check...

I actually like/miss Jimmy Fallon. I fell in like with Adam Sandler. SNL has put out some funny stuff. I like Dana Carvey. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss Bushisms, Strategery and Gore's Lock box .....lol. P s is an endless supply of comic material, a comedians dream.

Still trying to get the business deal up and running. So far...extreme frustration. Yesterday I pulled out my Louisville slugger and started beating pipes to see what falls out, so I can get some honest answers. You would be surprised what happens when you slam enough pipes.

I know you're not a kid. You're almost as old as me, and that's mighty old. I was checking on your interest in the 50th anniversary of Woodstock. Can't you picture what a shindig that's going to be? LSD and grandmas and grandpas and mudsex for days and days. Yeeehawwww!
