Default Obama Healthcare Tax Bill Passes Senate

Apparently the Obama health care tax bill has passed the senate. It still needs a formal vote which will come this week. Once votes are registered it goes back to the congress for reconciliation with their bill. It isn't a done deal, but sure looks like it will pass in some form before the end of the year. Some think that it will pass before Christmas. The senator from Nebraska was the last democratic holdout and he received a concession which will exempt his state from having to pay higher Medicare taxes, the only state to receive such an exemption. These people have no morals at all. They have sold their constituency and souls to the devil.

We now know what a Senator costs. $300 million in LA and $100 million in NE and CT. Wonder why the huge rush on this monstrosity when no benefits will kick in till 2014 and the bill is made behind closed doors and voted on in the middle of the night by people who have not even read it?

Bend over America. This is the "hope and change" you screamed for and your sure getting it.

They have a lot of people to pay off before the end of the year. Besides only 61% of the American public don't want this health care plan. They still want to push it through while they have a 39% majority.

Does that surprise you? Guns are evil nasty things that are only good for causing injury and death, with Obama-care the Feds are going to use the costs of gun injuries (inflated of course) as a reason to ban them (or ammo)

Once the government takes over paying for health-care all kinds of things will be banned due to cost. Thats another way for the government to control behaviors that the nanny state dislikes.

When you peel all the rhetoric away from all of this we are talking about control. This is the way that they gain control.

How do you take over the largest democracy in the world? Well, you must first create a situation that would allow you to convince the populace that their security is at risk. A major attack would certainly get their attention. In comes 9/11. Over 3,000 people were killed in a very public and unprovoked attack on American soil.

In order to protect our country our politicians come up with the "Patriot Act" and create a new bureaucracy in the name of national security and call it the "Homeland Security Agency." We are told that in order to protect our country we will need to give up some of our personal rights for the better good. Most go along because of their personal safety. After all, we were attacked and we are willing to trade some of our freedoms to secure our safety.

Next comes the collapse of the financial markets. Oil reaches new record highs and then collapses. Speculators lose billions over night. The result is the collapse of the financial markets. Although they were not supposed to use investor and depositor funds for such risky speculation they do anyway and until the collapse things go along pretty well and they make billions. Those profits are eroded in a matter of days with the collapse of the oil market. We are told that this happened over night and the only one who can save the day is the government. In order to save our economy we must take over the largest financial institutions in the nation. If we don't then it will devastate the world markets and throw us into a global depression. We are told that in order to save the economy will also require a huge stimulus package that will provide jobs and financial security. It must be passed quickly due to the emergency situation. There is no time to read the 2,000+ page document. Any delays will threaten our economy and national congress gives the government the go ahead and the largest spending bill in U.S. history has been passed.

The stimulus bill didn't work so we may need to have another stimulus bill. We also must now have a health care crisis. This will take away attention from the failed stimulus spending bill and is an opportunity to take over more of the American economy. In order to fix this crisis it will be necessary for the government to once again step in to save the day. There is no time to read the bill, we are in crisis. Again, it is a 2,000+ page document which will pale the previous bill in spending. Citizens are told that this will not increase taxes but will only tax the rich. In order to force compliance a provision is put in place that will force every individual to purchase insurance. Those who refuse will be fined. If you fail to pay the fine you can be jailed for up to 5 years. Taxes will go up beginning the first of the year in 2010. However, benefits will not begin for 4 years. This will be a boon to the insurance industry and rates will escalate due to forced compliance. This bill is forced through in the middle of the night so that citizens will not have time to read the bill and check all the provisions. There is no need to get the opposition involved since the democrats have the votes to push this through. Republicans slow the process giving time for many provisions to be exposed by conservative radio. With more than 61% of Americans against this massive spending bill, those in power push through their own agenda. They want to get this through before opposition becomes more physical with marches and possibly riots.

There is something for everyone who votes for this bill. A 100 billion here, 200 billion there, everyone gets something to take home to the people. And they can also slip a few million to one another under the table. No one will notice a few missed million. After all, there was money that went to non existent congressional districts and programs that didn't exist in the stimulus bill. It won't even be noticed. If it is then it just a computer glitch. They throw a few more goodies into the bill such as gun control. Since no one has read the bill they are not aware of what they are voting for. The power brokers know that they must find a way to disarm America if they are to be successful. What they fear most is a direct confrontation with an armed American people in the streets. It will be much more difficult to confront an armed citizenry. If they can take away the means to attack or defend then they can much more easily control the citizens.

History shows that this has worked in other societies such as Germany, Russia and other countries where the government has seized control. Military personnel are polled to see who will fight private citizens alongside of the government. UN troops are set up as a back up in case most U.S. troops refuse to protect the government against armed private citizens.

The key is to take over the country without bloodshed. The best way to do that is to first disarm citizens with high taxes on guns and fine those who have registered weapons. Those who admit to having guns will be the first to be targeted. Limit the shelf life of ammunition so that it will be more difficult for citizens to defend themselves. Power brokers know that compliance will be easier once the ability for citizens to defend themselves is limited.

It is also critical to get the media on board. Only show the people what they want the citizens to know. The stickler is conservative talk radio. They are the real thorn in the side of those who wish to take over this country. Since the primary media are not being responsible in their reporting it is up to conservative radio and media to inform the citizenry. To stop these people they introduce the "Fairness Doctrine." This insures that their message gains equal time as conservative talk. The primary motive is to totally silence conservative talk shows. Once they silence these people then they can do as they will without the people knowing or understanding what is going on.

You now have the means to establish the fist American dictatorship and the last major hurdle to the establishment of a true world government.

The Constitution should shape the legislation you write, not the other way around!
You don't vote on something and then say we'll have the constitutional lawyers work it out later. You determine whether it's constitutional before you vote on it. What they are really saying is, we'll have the weasel lawyers find a way in the Constitution to make it happen. You know, the very same weasels who wrote this loop-holeapalooza sheit to begin with.

Later when we establish Commie Rule, Chairman Obama can dismiss this pesky Constitution altogether.

First, what are the progressives getting? What are those in Washington gaining by passing this health care bill by any means necessary? Bribery, coercion, lies and deception have all been employed ... so what is it that this health care bill is really all about?

Understand that if this passes it will be the first time in American history that you will be required to purchase something from a private company just to be a legal citizen. That does not work constitutionally.

Could the plan be to have this unconstitutional reform pass, then brought up in court and thrown out because it is unconstitutional? Then, with the health care framework already in place, there'd be nothing else to do ...we're already collecting taxes for health care and we can't force anyone to purchase it. So we'll just have to put in the public option now, because it is constitutional to tax Americans and have the government provide health care.

Good post, Road Hog. There are a number of things these people have been doing that are not constitutional. We used to talk about bribery in 3rd world countries. It has been common in the Middle East and other many other parts of the world for some time. Corruption in those countries pale in comparison to those in our own country. Talk about domestic terrorism......

Funny you should mention this bill going before the Supreme Court. My wife and I were discussing this yesterday. If it does pass I would expect that it could be brought before the U.S. Supreme Court to check it's Constitutionality. If the court followed the Constitution then it would be thrown out. But the Supreme Court of the land has not always followed the Constitution. After all, they are lawyers and we have seen that lawyers are easily corrupted or purchased. At least when they represent the people. There would be a question of what to do with the new found tax revenue. I am sure that they will find something in which to spend that new found wealth. I am certain that they can put a new bureaucracy together to use up all that money rather than returning it to the American people.

Whether you agree with national healthcare or not, it should raise huge red flags as to why this legislation should be pushed through in the middle of the night with such speed. Apparently, judging from all polls, the American people oppose this legislation. Why would those elected to represent us push so hard and in secrecy what will be the largest spending bill since social security? Even if you agree with the bill you should contact your legislator and encourage them to sit back and take a deep breath before voting to pass this bill. This is something that should have a lot of debate before passing or even voting on it.

Well, I don't think any of those pinheads would know what Constitutional was if it hit them in the face.

I find it interesting that a president who claims to have been a Constitutional professor is the very one who wants to trash it. Although he purports to understand the Constitution he wants to destroy the very fabric of our nation. It must be a lawyer thing. I have noticed that most of those who are voting for this bill are lawyers.

Most of them are probably meat wagon chasers.

Our president also claims that he's a patriot.

A patriot of what country? He would not even show his allegiance to the flag or this country while running for office.

Members of Congress should be compelled to wear uniforms like NASCAR drivers, so we could identify their sponsors.
