    Default 387 Pete's and Factory CB Coax/Antenna

Does anyone know how peterbilt wires the coax feeds/splitters on '08 Peterbilt 387's? My swr is piss-poor but from talking to a few radio guys this is common with factory coax/antenna systems on 387's and T2000's. I'm running a Connex 3300HP but run the risk of burning up the finals if I broadcast too long. (I don't remember what the numbers were, but they were such that it was the best one could expect using what was there)

I'm assuming only one antenna feeds the CB, and the other feeds the radio and tv through a splitter? Or might the CB be co-phasing thru the splitter and the 2 antennas? Has anyone ever modded a 387 for improved CB swr? It's a company truck and I don't want to get too involved with a modification.

    Thanks
