    Default Trucker with no brakes = 10 years

    This is the update on my much older post about the trucker here in VA that killed a lady while driving with no front brakes on the truck.

    I'm guess 2 maybe 3 years tops.


    Smith will face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Oct. 16.

    Well if he would have tortured, starved and killed pit bulls he would get 2 years and a job offer for 1.6 million from da Eagles.

    Or had he hit and killed a pedestrian while driving drunk he would've only recieved a 30 day jail sentence, but he would have been suspended from the NFL for 1 year.

    Driver was sentenced to 5 years but will only serve 3 months...............where's the f-ing justice in that?
