ClassADrivers.com Sales Opportunity
We’re looking for a new sales contractor to help sell the ClassADrivers, OwnerOperatorJobs and FleetHelper job boards. It’d be great if it was a CAD member!
Here are the duties:
Represent the CAD set of sites to trucking companies across the United States and convince them that CAD is the place to post their job openings.
Manage relationships and work with Trucking Companies to ensure that their postings succeed
Work with the rest of the ClassADrivers team to help identify site improvements and ensure that the site continues to grow
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Someone with experience in recruiting, specifically in the trucking industry
Ability to work from home, making the calls necessary to succeed
A commitment of at least 30 hours a week selling and managing relationships
Either a book of contacts or a willingness to dig in, do the research, and build up a pipeline
Strong internet and Microsoft Office skills
Strong communications skills both on the phone and via written communications
Here’s what we’ll provide:
Compensation based on an aggressive commission schedule with significant upside
Re-imbursement for telephone and internet access expenses (and other expenses with pre-approval)
A support team that will take much of the account management aspects off your plate so you can SELL.
This is not an ‘employee’ position but instead is an independent contractor role.
