    Default Back from Iraq, here are some pics

    Just got back from Iraq, was working for KBR, wish i had stayed, cant get a job here, anyway just thought someone may be interested to see how it is there..... these 1st pics are the trucks, International auto trans, Freightliner auto trans, Am general auto trans, Mercedez auto and stick, we also had Volvos but not in these pics, more to follow

    these are some trucks hit by small arms fire and IED'S, Roll-overs were pretty common as well...

    Apache flying around our base, some pics taken while i was on my way back to base from a mission, 4 of our escorts from the 1103rd in Sadr City, they always did an awesome job!!! a pic of our prayer time, b4 mission every night, even though we only ran nights we often ended up running in daylight...

    my thoughts will always be with the men and women of the armed forces, and the less heard about contractors who are still out there and still taking fire on a daily basis.... as for me i live in Florida, finding it hard to get hired,so im gonna buy a truck, and lease on until im ready to go on my own authority, yes, im mad!!!

    The MRAP's. I was hauling Caimen kits for them, which were huge armor plating that was added to the sides of the passenger compartment. The ones in your picture don't have them. I also hauled parts for the 3 axle version of the MRAP built by BAE. Those things are huge.

    Hummers will soon be a thing of the past. The military is planning on replacing the entire fleet.
