    Actually, I think it coincides with a potential second term for Obama.

    The Mayan thing makes for great story-telling and movie-making, but it’s been conveniently glossed over that December of 2012 simply coincides with a Mayan astrology event. Something about the earth and the sun lining up with the center of the galaxy. Of course, I’m looking forward to seeing the movie 2012 next month…should be a good one.

    As far as Yellowstone goes, there was a great article about it in the National Geographic a few months ago. Basically, if Yellowstone goes, it will be a worldwide catastrophic event. And Yellowstone will eventually erupt….it’s just a matter of when. Last time Yellowstone erupted, it was millions of years ago and changed the world. But the odds of it happening again soon are virtually zero.

    there are a few shows on the super volcano at yellowstone. i have known about that for a year or so. interesting shows on national geographic. someone can learn a few things. and yes, a tsunami can hit the east coast of the US. national geographic had a show on that too, before the tsunami that hit in the pacific.
