    But seriously what went wrong? was the second truck suppose to be chalked? How did that happen?

    From now on when you involved in a rollover accident please remember to set parking brakes before exiting your truck. Your cooperation in this is greatly appreciated.

    Brakes were not set on the truck. (being uprighted). slight incline. The truck started to roll, still connected to the wrecker, pulling the wrecker over.

    Maybe the roll-over was still running and it was in Reverse gear. When it made contact, off it went.
