10+ I think you killed any resale value though so you should paypal me those 7gs

Anyways.. I was drinkering a lil too much last night when I posted and well teal and I had a bickering earlier that day so yeah my post was a lot worse than I had really intended, heh.

I wouldn't say I'm like depressed all the time, or even an alcoholic cuz I don't drink daily. I do have the world on my shoulders and man its tough at times. The other night I did get a fortune saying "This year will be your best yet" - and well the year isn't over so I still got lots of hope left in me

My worst fear in reality is my knees. If I even seriously think about my knee caps dislocating it would make me barf. I had a knee surgery last March, just now got off my crutches and I walk with a mad gansta lean now. Its my clutch leg, and being thrown back in the truck before I could even walk on my own did more for me than any physical therapy I could get. Will this surgery fix the problem? Time will tell, and if it does great and my other knee will go under the knife at a later date. If it didn't, well I wasted a lot of time didn't I? Regardless, I never know when my next step will be my last, so by far my knees are my biggest fear.

Ahhh, I think I'll keep Teal around for a while yet. Although not perfect (who is other than the Rev, right? haha) he does his best and is real good to me and my kiddos 8)

Thanks for all the PM's guys, I'll be responding as soon as I get a chance. Also appreciate all the public well wishes.

Give him the "sorry boys" pregnant pic as your avatar. Minus the "sorry boys". Or you can just send it to me instead.

The Fedex pic. You look happy in it.

As far as knees go. I fell about 15 feet during the early 80's during a motocross race. Both my knees bent back the wrong way, ALL THE WAY!!
They reattached all my ligaments and everything else with titanium pins.

To make up for bad knees I've always done leg lifts for my quad muscles. I'm sure you have already been told that. Those quad muscles can make up for a huge deficiency in your knees.

Sit in a chair or on the edge of your bunk and lift your leg up but not all the way up. Let it down but not all the way down. I do 50 reps on each leg and 10 sets for a total of 500 lifts for each leg. You can cut that down drastically by using Velcro weights to your ankles.

If your waiting. Stand next to a wall and slide down into the sitting position until you die, it WON'T take long. While standing up, do toe raises for your calf muscles. Same as the leg lifts, not all the way up and not all the way down.

    Question for Alice for today-

How much wood, would a wood chuck chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck wood?

My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.

Responsibility is the ability to choose your response. Victims choose to be controlled by outside forces, Responsible people maintain control by making a choice.
