They have outlets inside the showers usually. Why not iron in there.Instead of an ironing bored I always used a towel to iron on.Or if I want a nice crease in my clothes I would lay 1 or 2 sets of clothes on the bunk but underneath the mattress to press it.By the next day youll be lookin sharp. 8)

That's a great idea! I can't believe nobody else thought of that!

You only live on weekends? How do you keep your body from decomposing the other five days?
Come on, Rev..... that should be obvious! According to SOME on here, I pickle it in alcohol!

Better solution than iron, take tarp and unfold lay clothes on tarp and fold tarp back over covering clothes. Now take your trailer and back over tarp and pull forward several times, clothes will be nice and straight with fashionable tread design. Works even better with super singles.

Or tie clothes line between stacks and hang damp clothes on it, after an hour driving will be dry and wrinkle free

Back when I pulled flatbed, the tarps were dirtier than my dirty clothes. Cover oily steel with them, then put my clothes in there?

And, by all means, make absolutely certain your truck has only one stack...
    Destroy the cities...
    and they will rebuild them.
    Destroy the farms...
and grass will grow in the streets of the cities.

Destroy the economy of the blue-collar worker...
and grass will grow in the executive offices.

    The bill has come due.

First: I dont remember him saying anything about clean, just wrinkle free. Plus if your flatbedding you ll be dirty soon enough anyway.

Second: if you only have one stack, you have to run convoy side by side with someone till clothes are done, give clothes that air(diesel)fresh smell.

    FM:

Just hire a pretty girl, have her dress up in a French Maid outfit, have her do your ironing, and double up as your chauffer.

    Problem Solved!!

Useless.... you crack me up! You know I luv ya man... but, you are the worst on here for misjudging gender!

If I'm not mistaken, which I COULD be since I'm NOT psychic, but I'm NOT because I did my research......

Fancy_ Maneuvers is one of our prized LADY drivers!

I think your suggestion about hiring a "French Maid" is wasted on her! Of course..... I could be wrong!

You all are hilarious! I might start a trend if I iron my clothes with my trailer

I never would consider hiring a pretty girl to iron my clothes, but she could drive while I sat back laughing at her for it  Of course, she would have to be a student driver, you know - someone I could actually take advantage of in this sort of way, as I believe no experienced drivers would fall for such a situation... LMAO
I always tell people who ask to "ride" with me that they cannot ride unless they can drive! LOL

The above post is for entertainment purposes only; I never take advantage of student drivers... well, mostly.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention - I am one of the prized (I love this word) lady drivers 8) God, I feel kinda special!
