I was watching tv and there was a commerical saying that America is ranked 21st in science and 25th in math when it comes to education with other nations and that the jobs are being outsourced cause we're pretty much dumber than possum eating sh*t. :shock:

And for a few years now, China has been producing many more PHD's than we have been. Might have something to do with the cost of education here.

I agree with ya Windwalker, that is why I'm doing mine online and it's only $600. Yeah I got a scholarship but I don't want to have to take out a student loan to pay for the other 3 years. I'm trying to make it less stressful on myself. The college I'm doing the class online for is accredited.

why do you think , when you call computers help line desks,(I T) the person on the other end has an East Asian Accent.
Hate to say it, the US has fallin way behind in math and science. Our school system is more concered with teach Spanish as a second language, than teach math and science.
Three married couple i know, are teaching thier kids at home. They realized when they were in school 20 years , our school system sucks. All thier kids have grades comparable if not better to those taught in the public system. One has been accepted to Prudue next fall. And she only went to public school for elementary.

They didn't ship IT jobs overseas because they are any smarter, they're just a LOT cheaper.
