    Default Seeking New Company

I need some good advise with a problem I am dealing with. I have been pulling a haz-mat tanker now for 4 years, 270 degrees slurry oil and hot asphalt oils. The company I work for are slow going downhill and possible out of business in the near future, hoping not. I have a perfect MVR and Dac report. The companies I have applied for has told me that I ahve a very good outstanding driving report. I have drove in Ohio, Ind, Mich, WV and KY. How can I find out if the Manager of this company I work for is giving me a bad rap. I started out as number 34 driver and I am now number 5 on senority list. There got to be some way I can get to the truth for the matter. The Manager is very will known for his lying.

Are you saying that these company's you have applied to are telling you that you have a good driving record..but are still not hiring you?

    Have you asked them why?

    Start there.
