    Default Hazmat Accidents Questionable

Something just don't make a lot of sense! I have been pulling a hazmat tanker for 2 years. Had 1 very minor and I do mean minor accident. Under a 1000 dollars damage. Every law enforcement and DOTS was everywhere. Explaination> making a right turn onto a on ramp, car behind me decided to cut to the right side to get in front of me. Back tandem tires brushed her fender. I got a ticket for a right tail light burn't out bulb and preventable accident on my record. DOT done a total inspection and only found the burn't out bulb. All paperwork logbook and inspection book was current.
Now this is what amazes me. We have a driver 1 year has had 3 major accidents. 2 involving guardrails and 1 a major rollover (hazmat). Hazmat rollover at Westmoreland off ramp Charleston WV. this driver has not had 1 ticket. All accidents were caused by driving to fast. I am puzzled. :?

I am puzzled how this other driver you are talking about has a job.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

It could be because of drivers in your company like the one you described is why they crawled up your 5th wheel with a microscope.

Along with a tube of KY Jelly or a can of Vasoline depending on what is on sale that month.
