    Default She may be right?

    Listening to the trucking channel last year. Sirus 148. Elen Voie of Women in Trucking.org, who is former recruiter for female drivers at Snider. She talked about getting more ladies in to trucking, and more people would bring the drivers pay down and help the economy.
    Stating that men will eventually quit trucking because the pay will no longer bring enough money to keep a family going.

    I think she right...the pay is not worth the time for a man or woman.


    More driver.....less pay
    CPM is a pay scam that most trucking company's use to get around paying overtime for excessive hours of work and other monitory issues.Get paid hourly and prevent sweat shop conditions.

    And someone please explain how or why it costs less to raise a family or support yourself if the wage earner is female rather than male.
    Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

    Because they clip coupons and don't buy the newest just have to have it gadget like we do.
