    Default help with new job

    ok heres the prolbem i got a new job ill be making $1.50 more a hour at a small 50 truck ltl outfit my question is would u leave a job of 3 yrs for a $1.50 a hour more also will be working harder im thinking of staying where im at. but just dont know please help

    You're probably going to get asked for more info like what does you do at your current job ? What would you be doing at the new place ? Do you have to commute farther to the new job making the $1.50 per hour more burned up in high fuel costs ? Do you like your current job ? Try to talk to as many drivers at the company to find out what they're about. Need more info to help though :wink: 8) 8)

    my current job is a private fleet we have about 20 trucks all i do is drive and bump a dock may do adrop and hook 2 times a week at the new job i worked there today as i took a few days off from my current job to try them out .
    at the new job ill be doing the same thing as any other ltl outfit such as odfl southeasten etc.

    i will be driving about the same distance to get to the termial

    well talked to the ltl company today they are going to pay me $3.00 more a hour from my current job so i guess im going with them just hope im not screwing up its kinda hard to leave a company where you have been for almost 3 years but hey money talks 8)
