Well I've hauled 350 degree asphalt all this week in 95 degree + heat with a truck that has no a/c. Sometimes sitting still for an hour or more and there are two things that seem to help alot and that is Gatorade and water other than that you just get used to it.

I hauled asphalt and was amazed at the paving operators. Like the landscapers, they were covered up to keep the heat of the asphalt off. Some wore sweatshirts.

The past 3 days I worked it hasn't been that bad out at all! But it's only part time so I can't complain at all! I do know on my days offf it's been HOT, well then again this past week was my first week of work! I just started drinking that new Gatorade G2 and have yet to try it out in the heat, it's an acquired taste I tell ya that but I have been drinking water when working and it helps. I hear that G2 restores electrolytes and salt.
