    Default Haunted Highways

    Hey!

I'm working on a piece for Truckers News and am looking to talk to anyone who has encountered a haunted highway! I'm looking at things such as Donner Pass, Extraterrestrial Highway, and possibly the old Route 666.

If you have ever seen/heard/heard of anything like this, please post below or contact me at crimsonwriter2@gmail.com.

I am trying to get enough contacts to finish this piece by Friday, so any help is greatly appreciated!

I was once informed that Alabama SH 5 is haunted by a female crash victim; apparently, her ghost haunts by night, checking into vehicles to find the driver who killed her.

Of course there may be no record of this particular story..

been on some pennsylvania highways during the late night/early morning hours, hadn't seen a single vehicle for an hour, and it felt as if i had gone back in time. it was such a weird feeling. it was like a limbo-type thing. felt as if time slowed down, i was a speeding bullet, and i started to feel extremely uncomfortable after a while.

    Anyone drive down FL I-4?
ORLANDO, Fla. -- A small stretch of Interstate 4 between Daytona Beach and Orlando where motorists have reported unexplained, ghostly sightings was built on top of four graves, Local 6 News reported.

    Manicmechnic -

Have you ever driven FL I-4 and seen anything? I'd love to include it in my story if I could! I can't private message, but post or e-mail me at crimsonwriter2@gmail.com!
    Thanks!

Syncrosonix, I've felt this same exact way also. At first, its kind of an awesome feeling, like your back in time, but after a while you start to check your mirrors and everything real good.. I used to love trips to DC for this reason. I'd leave Irwin, PA around 1:15am and head for D.C. and the feeling to drive those hours was like nothing else...Call me crazy, a rookie, or whatever but now I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
And to intensify the feeling, listen to coast to coast am on the radio. Do do do do :alien:

I'm gonna have to check out that town you mentioned. My luck, it's probably 4 hours away from me.
    Awesome post man.
