In a perfect world, every driver would get to a rest area or proper restroom somewhere, not piss on the seat, and wash their hands on the way out of a clean and well maintained facility.

My only point in this whole tirade is that not matter how "pissed off" this purported cop is, there is still virtually nothing he can do about it in regards to taking any legal action against whomever enabled that bottle to be found on the side of the road.

know why they toss them. Get DOTed with a piss bottle and they can nail you on no placerds/ transporting haz w/o a lic. OR so they told me when I went to school and ori
With all due respect, you were told wrong. A full pee bottle in your truck isn't going to get you anything from the DOT but a wrinkled nose. Throwing a pee bomb out the window is retarded.

Twilight Flyer thanks for the heads up. I was told about HUGE fines etc.

Yes, I agree tossing them is retarded but im sure my class wasnt the first told this tale of woes.

I wont lie and say ive nvr had to use a bottle but when it comes to that I make sure the lid is tight and throw it away. Why should anyone else have to deal with it.

I like Ajritter 04 ,s post on picking up a random bottle and wizzing in it , I was thinking the same thing. haha I left my pilot card on top of the fuel pump with 18.00 of points already . You have someones pilot card big deal. Wait till ya step in a bag of crap , ya we have to crap in our trucks sometimes , customers don,t whant there restroom contaminated by a driver . I,m not going to crap on the ground where one of my brothers will step in it , and get on camera and fired . I take care of my trash and some don,t , that,s life.

Did they tell you about how you could get fined for not having white sheets and having your bed made when they told you this story?

Okay, this is why you don't toss out a water bottle filled with your liquid DNA. I was on a traffic stop the other night on the freeway, and guess what I step on as I'm walking back to my car? Yeah, a piss filled water bottle. So the cap blows off and it sprays my boot with someone's processed mountain dew. As you can probably tell I'm seething mad at this point. So I go get an evidence bag and some gloves, empty the rest of the magical juice out, and collect up the bottle. Later I took the lot numbers and bar code off the bottle and called up Aquafina (brand on the bottle). Turns out through the numbers they gave me the name of the distributor who bought that lot. The distributor in turn gave me the name of the store that it was sold to, Pilot Travel Center which is just down the freeway about 50 miles. So, I call up the Pilot, and talk to the manager. He gets me the info for the bar code on the water bottle and I find out when it was sold, oh, and the guy used his debit card. Now, in order to get the debit card info (i.e., owner) I would have to subpoena the bank that the card is through. Luck being on my side, the guy also used his "Pilot Driver Payback" card somewhere in this transaction. This info is owned by Pilot and the manager gladly gives it to me. So now I've got this guys name, personal info, and the company he drives for. Now I'm just waiting on a call back from his company so I can get his phone number to ask him a few questions.

The moral of the story? Don't throw out your nasty piss bottle on the road because a short-tempered cop might step on it and track you down  . Plus, it's just plain nasty as hell.

Well done, truck drivers are a lazy bunch of retards, smell a parking lot in summer .
1: how do you pee in a bottle and drive.
2:to lazy to walk to the bath room.
3:to dumb to work out the simple alternative.
4:what about the kids that have to pick those up when cleaning ditches for there youth group to raise funds.
5: you don't have a coffee can, then put it in a grocery bag take it to the wash room, empty it, wash it, there you go.
6: I don't use truck stops for that reason, was do pretrip thumping tires when bunk door behind me opened, and yes i was pissed.
so read the revs bi line and keep your waste to your self.
the light is on come back when i am home

if you aim at nothing that is just what you will hit
