    Default Question?

Drivers what do you say when your wife calls you and says, "I really need you home as quickly as possible"

    Why?

    That is what I say.

Depending on the reason you need a driver home it may be better to go through his fleet manager and get him to route the driver home and then tell him what is going on once he gets there. I am talking about a death in the family or someone who is not expected to live for very long.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.

I don't think you understood what I was talking about.

I don't think a fleet manager would need to know.

My honey said once that he announced to his dispatcher what he planned on doing when he got home.
