I know I said I was done talking about it, but a thought just occurred to me, if he really shouldnt be in jail, why doesnt he hire a real lawyer who will do something besides call radio shows? And the context is still wrong (conveniently by you of course) All men are created equal and smut merchants who are arrested get to go the legal process. The created equal statement is for those with a zero slate. The statement generally applies to those who have not already proven themselves to be criminals and scumbags.. This scumbag started out equal and is being treated under the law as the process. Now he in jail because of what he has done... Had you or I been accused of illegally taking nude pictures of kids .. guess where we would probably be?

NEWS FLASH FOR FOZZY! Joe Francis did not film the girls. A contracted cameraman filmed the girls so how is Joe Francis guilty of a crime he didn't commit? Innocent until proven guilty? I mean if he's so guilty the prosecution must have charged him and used it as evidence against him but they didn't because he isn't the one guilty of this specific crime.

My context is wrong? It's like you stop reading mid sentence. Did something catch your attention before you were finished reading my post? The very next words are "everyone is equal under the law", but you say it's only if the slate is zero? Doesn't everyone equal under the law mean it doesn't matter if your poor, rich, white, black, scum, saint, smart or stupid that no matter what you are your going to get a fair and equal chance of defending yourself? Maybe in the long run I used your statements to bolster my argument but I mainly did it to prove you stand for nothing. You use the "laws of the land" when it's something you believe in but if you don't agree with something "the laws of the land" go right out the door. If you say something stand behind it but don't change your views when it's not convenient for you.
