I was reading some of the comments and most of the ones making them obviously do not know there glad hands from their 5th wheels when it comes to trucks.
I especially liked the one about being able to haul more freight in a 53 foot trailer.![]()
The only reason for having a truck stretched out like that is the "cool" factor.
Personally though I would not want to drive one and I certainly would not want to pay the fuel bill on a truck like that.
Finding the right trucking company is like finding the right person to marry. I really comes down to finding one whose BS you can put up with and who can put up wih yours.
I would bet that will a wheelbase like that it would ride nice.
Don't trust anybody. Especially that guy in the mirror.
It might ride nice but I sure wouldn't wanna try to get it into some of the places we deal with.

Sometimes drivers buy stretched out trucks hoping to put a custom sleeper on it so they deal with the wheel base even though they may never be able to get that sleeper. A truck like that is pretty much useless for normal trucking. 8) 8)
That's just awesome. Got a friend with a 320" wheelbase Pete, Couldn't imagine driving one with another thirty inches!!!
