    supposedly a gust of wind caused him to go across the median and across the east bound lanes. Then made it to the railroad tracks. I happen just east of Troutdale, OR. I have been in some strong winds and gust thru the Columbia River Gorge but have never had one that strong to cause that. :shock: :shock:
