    Default Well it's official......

After 22 years of service in the Navy I finally hung up my hat. I am officailly on what we call "Terminal Leave" (accumulated paid vacation). For the past 13 months, I have been seperated from my family while stationed at Great Lakes Naval Station just north of Chicago. It feels GREAT to finally be home!!!! :P My next endeavor will be CDL school which I start on June 4th.

My guess is that he is an Chief (E7), Senior Chief (E8), or Master Chief (E9)..... I am a Chief myself. Although it is very tough to be fired when at those ranks, the act of Congress is a myth.

I had it narrowed down to TMC and Davis Transport....TMC would never get back with me so I went with Davis

Thanks for your service, even if it was to haul the Marines around , seriously, thanks. I have great admiration for anyone who serve their country in the Armed Forces. Nothing against Davis, but don't give up on TMC yet. I would call recruiting and light a fire under their butts. Call and speak to Matt directly, or to the head of recruiting. I've seen a couple of these comments recently, and that is just intolerable.

I still think it is just a test of your determination. If you really want to work hard you will have to keep after recruiting, if you are a slacker you can work somewhere else. It is either an intolerable oversight or a brilliant policy, I am not sure which.

Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
    Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

I have heard TMC has the best "Steering Wheel Holder Instructors" in the Nation.
    If i wasn't such a slacker...I'd work for them.
