    Default Stinky feet

Ok what cures are there for stinky feet?

These are the ones that I've heard.

Soak in kerosene for 5 minutes
Soak in Turpentine for 10 minutes
    Rub Castor Oil on feet
Peel an orange and rub the feet with the inside of the peel.

This link: http://truckdriversparadise.wordpress.com/ will take you to my site with

-Job Hots Search file (Excel and Web Page)
-as well as links to pictures for you to look at.

Expediting is different, but the same, but it's different. I'm so confused.

Wash them well, buy great quality socks and shoes that breathe. Cheap shoes, boots and cheap socks dont breathe well, your foot sweats and goes bad.
Also they make foot deodorant spray that will work if you use it.
Another thing to think about. No matter what you do for your feet, if you just put back on the stinky shoes, the bacteria will just go back to your feet. Once that bacteria gets into the shoes, its pretty much impossible to get rid of.
    So here you go.
Step 1: Throw away every pair of shoes you own and start over.
Step 2: Buy High quality shoes and socks that allow your feet to "breathe"
Step 3: Wash and use a foot deodorant everyday.

    Thanks for your question

I used to have to throw boots away after only a few months because the stink would get so bad I could smell my boots while I was wearing them. what I did was start with all new socks and new boots. every day I put alittle baby powder in them to absorb the sweat and I have not had a problem in almost a year. I finely wore a pair of boots out!!

Yeah, no kidding. If your feet smell that bad you might have something else going on with your feet. Try driving in your socks to let your feet breathe.

well i guess being an old man does has some good sides after all. in the old day's and I still use this today we use hydrogen peroxide
    to kill the smell use
hydrogen peroxide 3 % . you can buy at any wal-mart
mix 50% - 50% with water in spray bottle then spray feet, and boots two to three times daily ... this will kill the smell
this will also kill nail fungus , athletes feet fungus, use before you shower at truck stops and terminals you can also spray toilet seats. most Dr's still use this to clean there offices.

Great advice! I was not aware of this! Not that I have stinky feet, but to? kill germs in general. Thanks and it's cheap.

I do have to ask, how in the world would someone spray their shoes 3 times a day. That would be hard for an 8:00 to 5:00 job. Not so hard if a truck driver but still I am sure they would forget?

What - you think a truck driver isn't capable of remembering a routine?

I don't have smelly feet. Never have....but my Dad... WOOF..gak.
Glad I didn't inherit that part of him.

I do keep a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and various foot powders and antifungal spray in my Truck.
There are times I pick up a bout of the itchy's and I'm sure the source is the showers.
Just a simple dose of the Hydrogen Peroxide clears it up right away. I like to use it full strength.

I like how it foams and looks like it's killing the germs wholesale.
But I think it is wiser to dilute with water.

Gain about 50 IQ points so you can actually type a sentence without missing any letters :!:

Any foot odor is not caused by the sweat coming from your feet it's caused by fungus down there... therefore kill the fungus and get rid of the stink. I get pretty ripe around my feet every now and then and use an athletes foot spray for a few days and it clears up real fast.
