These days...you don't know if someone is just talking to themselves...
or they are on the phone, using one of those Bluetooth earbuds.

But this one is clearly talking to himself....and on the computer.
    That is a first...I think.

geez, i ask for everyday cures for stinky feet and this is what this comes to?

didn't know about the Hydrogen Peroxide one.

Has anyone tried the turpentine or kerosene route?

This link: http://truckdriversparadise.wordpress.com/ will take you to my site with
    -Good / Bad Trainer
    -Carrier Information (Excel Only)
-Job Hots Search file (Excel and Web Page)
-as well as links to pictures for you to look at.

Expediting is different, but the same, but it's different. I'm so confused.

I tell ya.....nothing on your feet is going to matter if you keep on putting the same shoes or boots back on. Throw all the stinky shoes away and start over. Feet smell is bacteria. Yes, its easy to get bacteria off your feet. However its near impossible to get out the bacteria impregnated into the leather or material of the offending shoes.

Never tried them but I think that would smell worse than foot odor. I am also somewhat hesitant to pour flammable liquid over my feet on purpose.

What about diluted bleach? (may hurt a bit tho, but so would turpentine!)

As far as that earlier comment so-n-so made...... trucking forums are kinda like trucking jobs; you have to put yer time in before you can run your mouth. (And in case you meant to just be funny, feel free to use the smily faces!) In the words of our dear Rev, "Jest sayin'"

I wouldn't. That stuff goes through your skin and straight into your liver.

As far as the hydrogen peroxide one, I bet it might just work. If it doesn't, I might try this for the hell of it:

    http://www.jlhweb.net/Boxermap/skunk.html

That recipe is well-published. Some chemist decided to try to come up with a more effective cure for skunk spray than the usual tomato juice bath, and came up with this. I heard an explanation for how it works on NPR, but I'm no chemist, and I don't remember the particulars. Something about the oxygen in the hydrogen peroxide.

It's not designed to kill foot stink, and I have no idea if it would work, but it would be cheap and easy to try. It works GREAT on a dog who has been sprayed by a skunk. It's INCREDIBLE.

I ruined a pair of shoes once. When I was with JB Hunt, I turned in my old tractor in Lowell and had to drive a rental car to Romulus, MI. I spent about 20 hours in the car without changing clothes. Oops. Stinky feet, stinky shoes. When I got home the next time, I tossed the stinky shoes and bought some new ones at the Nike outlet in Nashville. They have an entire rack of size 15 and up. Just for me.

    Change your socks often.
    Rotate your shoes.
Wear comfy sneakers for driving, then change to boots when getting out of the truck.
