Next thing you know we'll be charged to breathe air (smog) in NYC. What a load of crap.

They've got something similar set up in London to supposedly ease the congestion. Don't know if it's working as I'm never down there.

Have they ever thought about the ramifications of doing withouth commercial vehicles in their city???????? Well, one possible solution that may actually put an end to charging for commercial business to drive into Manhattan, is refuse to transport items to them.......then see what happens......they might actually appreciate a truck driver and the profession.

Maybe i am venting, but it gets tiring to hear these tree huggers/environmental activists gripe.

There should be a city employee standing at the city sign handing out money to every truck driver that comes into there as a reward for having to deal with all that NYC b.s. not the opposite way around.
