Funny you say that and live in Cali. I was watching the O'Reiley factor a few weeks ago and high school teachers were up in arms because many kids were coming to school obviously high as ***, reeking of weed. They were going to these so-called "doctors" (more like chiropractors) and getting medical marijuana cards because they had a "headache" or "didn't like other people".
