In a move that will sadden the Pests Of Texas, Free-FM outlet KLLI/Dallas will drop Opie & Anthony after Friday's (4/20) broadcast. O&A air live in Dallas from 5-8am and were unable to gain a foothold in the early morning hours. The Jagger Show is expected to expand its morning presence on the station.

KLLI's new lineup, beginning Monday:

Jagger - 6-10:30 a.m.
Pugs and Kelly - 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
Russ Martin - 3-7 p.m.
Tom Leykis - 7-10 p.m

O&A whine about, but do not dispute, their 0.0 share in Vegas

Yep, they lost Dallas. They also lost Columbus, Ohio about a month ago (they were replayed in afternoon drive). It's hard to keep radio ratings up when you are on 5am to 8am. The target morning drive is 6am to 9am.

The sound clip is also cut short, because ofter that rant is when the Las Vegas Program Director informed them that they didn't have a 0.0 in Las Vegas.

Good comes with the bad though, O&A are teaming up with WWE on O&A's summer Virus Your. Which Sold out in Las Vegas last weekend. You would think if they didn't have any listeners it would be hard to sell the Hard Rock's The Joint.

Rev.... owwwww man.

They may wine, and moan, but when they are on, they are funny, lots of times informative and otherwise entertaining. Either way, they are certainly not for everyone. I'll admit there are lots of times I'll get sick of the crying and change the station. Great thing is they admit they suck at times, and suggest that you change the channel when they suck.

The fact that you paid attention to them losing Dallas, show you listened at some point, regardless if you liked or disliked them. And thought enough about them to post the fact

Time zones can create some issues as well.... Kinda hard to gain that ol' foot hold in an area thats still sleeping.

Hey Rev, Might want to go to Arbitron.com. Select ratings and then las Vegas and look for KXTE. Just in case you don't here is a screen shot of the current ratings.

I know you said you could care less if the "talk/entertainment" people lie, but you shouldn't believe everything they say, then it makes you look bad for believing them. Thats why I like O&A, they are honest (unlike Howard Stern)

So these rating above only apply to the hours that O&A are not on the air? How can they have a 0.0 when the stations ratings are right there in black and white (blue and white)?

I don't, Rev likes to argue. But, it's like me telling Rev he doesn't know anything about the HHG biz (something I know nothing about, unless we argue about something... then I'm an expert)
