    Default Mythbusters truck crash.

I was watching an episode of Mythbusters just now where they crashed two cabover trucks together head on. The resulting carnage was incredible. If there were human drivers present, they'd have become instantly tenderized!

I must give props to the Mack, it seemed to hold together slightly better than the Ford.
You can take the driver out of the truck but you cant take the truck out of the driver.

Was that the one where they crashed them together with a car in between them to see if they whole mess melded together? The pulled them with tow-trucks hooked up to an elaborate pulley system.

Even though it wasn't the result they wanted because one truck arrived slightly sooner than the other, it showed that you do not want to be between 2 trucks about to crash into one another. Those 2 trucks were also empty, imagine the carnage of a 2 fully loaded one's.

I love seeing that ole cement truck get obliterated with about a thousand pounds of TNT inside the barrel. Great show. And Kari is adorably cute.

They had plates of steel in the trailers - I think they said 40,000lbs - Not sure of the exact weight though.

But yeah, that was a great episode.

They did?? I don't remember seeing or hearing of them put any weight in them. I missed the re-run the other day so I can't remember.
