    Default Trucker Wins Largest Lottery

Driver from Georgia had 1 of the 2 winning tickets and took the lump sum of $116.5 million. He will see about $80 million after taxes. When asked if he would continue to work hauling carpet, "I will work for a few more days." The other winner was sold in Jersey, nobody has come forward on that one.

I've already planned what I'd do if I ever won a huge lottery.

I'd head to the closest major city during rush hour. I'd find the busiest section of highway I could possibly find. Then, I'd park my rig across as many lanes of the highway as I could, climb out, lock the door, toss the keys in the closest body of water I could find and walk away.

That "Jack guy" is the biggest SINGLE lottery winner. Pretty much pissing it all away.Has had a run of bad luck and made stupid decisions (like leaving about $500,000 in cash in his vehicle and it got stolen).

    Why, Maliki?? :?
All you would succed in doing is causing a lot of other people a lot of unneccessary trouble, and bringing trouble upon yourself.

Seems to me that winning the lottery is an opportunity to make your life, and perhaps the lives of some people that you know and care about a little bit better; it can be a Blessing, or it can be a curse.

What would it become?? That's up to the person who holds the wining ticket. 8)

I couldn't remember his name. I live in SE Ohio so he was always all over the local news since he was in WV. Bet he wishes now he never would have won.

Jack Whittaker. He's Fark.com favorite Powerball winner. And yes, he's made some very questionable descisions and had a run of family tragedy since he won.

This past Christmas, my dad bought both my brother and I 50 $2 scratch-off lottery tickets. My brother won $24. I won $2.

That was the total winnings from $100.

Told dad to just hand me the $100 in cash next Christmas

I'm really happy a driver won ½ of that huge jackpot. I hope it doesn't go to his head and he uses that money responsibly. I just watched a show last week on the E channel about lottery disasters and how money totally changes people.

Oh yeah, I did win $5000 on a "Barrel of Bucks" scratch off ticket back in '94. I pretty much spent it all at WalMart

5000$$ IN A WALMART you could buy 2 of everything and still have money left over.

I don't think money changes people. It just amplifies what they already are and for more people to see.

Really what type of lottery game was that? I know out here we have something called the "mega" lottery. where 22 something states join in. some guy a year ago I believe it was. Won 365 million out in Oregon. >.> would be nice to have that lol. Vacation somewhere nice. and never return to work.

But then again if you love what you do anyhow then its not really work =).
