    How in the world does someone who must have had a Drug Background get a Top Secret clearance in the First place?

    Funy thing... I was THERE once a number of years ago. I delivered a load there. I also got a guided tour of the place after they found out what my NAVY clearance was. Never even got any kind of hint of things like this going on.
