Last time I took an online test, my I.Q. was 124...I will take another test and let you know if it is the same

I tested at 122 this time...I guess I got a little more stupider( ) since I took it last

go to http://tickle.parship.co.uk/ and then click on tests, then click on i.q tests. that is a fairly good test.

Did one of these years ago.

I think I've gotten smarter as I've gotten older -- except for the stuff I can't remember.

After a while -- or so I'm told, you can't remember when you could remember -- and that's when you know you have arrived!

WOW, I scored 146 on the http://www.iqtest.com/ site, I have never gotten that high before. That just barely puts me in the top 1% with that test.

I got a 131 on the tickle.uk site that wot i life suggested, which is probably more correct.

Those IQ tests online arent a real IQ test. I had a real one done when I was a kid. A real one doesn't ask you questions you can learn in a book (like math problems)... that doesnt test your intelligence, that tests your knowledge.

So far the poll results are much higher than that of the general population. Originally, the average was supposed to be 100, but for some reason it is now a little over 100. IQ results are ALWAYS normally distributed in any large sample. These poll results are not normally distributed, but the sample is still small. If we assume that the collected data is accurate, this sample of truck drivers is significantly more intelligent than average.

However, we all know that you can't believe ANYTHING a truckdriver says.

    Dumbasses.

My twin brother recently scored 144 on a real IQ test, and I'm clearly the smarter of the two.

I've taken a few of them and always seem to score close to the same on all of them. Now, if a 122 is above average, what does a 164 mean? I don't remember the site, but one of the ones I took was put out by NEMSA. They said I was qualified to join. Does that put me in the same class as HANNIBAL LECTOR?????

Possibly. Do you have a thing for soft leather?

Now that a few more votes have come in, the results are normally distributed. They're also skewed at least 30 points too high. I don't believe that for a second.

Of course it is a skewed average, and the curve is too high. The dumbest people will not be able to use a computer to take the test, and also the dumbest people don't hang around on truckers websites.

For the record only about .7% of the population has an IQ over 137. This means if you put 100 random people in a room.....you might find one with an IQ over 137. You might not.
Now when you get to about 145...only about 1 in 1,000 people have an IQ over that.
I find it amazing when people post online everyone seems to have an IQ over 137 or even higher. Hmmmmm something doesnt add up.
Perhaps it could be those "not even close to being accurate" online IQ tests. Which are pretty much designed to get email addresses for spam.
Maybe if the last question on those IQ tests was something like. If you took this test and filled out a form with your email address to get the results.....Remove 40 pts from your IQ score to get a more accurate result.
As far as my IQ score.....295!!!! Im really a rocket scientist, I just became a recruiter for the benefits!!!

My score also dropped a few points, but not far. So, now, do I put that on a plaque on the wall, then sit there and look at it all day???? Doesn't seem like a very profitable idea to me. Where do I make money off of it?
