Yes,I have seen outbound rates as low as .70cpm with no fuel surcharge going all the way to the west coast. And they get MOVED! In the northeast,especially MA.,they don't care if their load sits on the dock for a year. I was blessed to find a load paying 1.40pm going south. Rates staying in the northeast are in the 3.50pm range but they only go 132 miles and take more than a day to unload.
