Independent Container Line (ICL) is a dedicated position features regional driving opportunity with predictable scheduling, steady miles and familiar lanes. As an experienced dedicated driver on this account, you'll provide first-rate service to one of our premiere customers and benefit from consistent miles and stable earnings. This unique opportunity consists moving 20" and 40" ocean containers from the ports to their customers in the Eastern OH and Northeast.
- Hiring area: Along I76 corridor between Philadelphia, PA and Pittsburgh, PA
- Primary travel area is Eastern OH through the Northeast states
- Typical time at home - 5 days on, 2 days off; days. Days off are typically on the weekend
- Average annual earnings - $37,000 to $52,000, based on experience
- Night driving will be expected
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
- Must have 12 months of OTR experience.
- Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card required at time of hire
- Good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
