A big rig loaded with 117 cows was travelling east on the 3132 loop around 10:50pm Wednesday. The cows shifted in the truck, and sent the whole 18-wheeler rolling. The wreck set loose cows all over the road. About 30 died in the accident, about 75 were trapped in the
