Rig wreck: David W. Harris, 38, of Hagerstown, Md., was slightly injured Monday night when his tractor-trailer flipped onto its side after it was struck by a tire that fell off a rig traveling in the opposite direction on Interstate 70 just east of the Taylorstown exit.
